Monday – Sunday (flexibility to work long days, Nights & weekends)

Salary:
Competitive (DOE) plus 9% shift allowance
We’re looking for a Staff Nurse to join our Inpatients Orthopaedics Team at the Princess Grace Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC. Working alongside supportive colleagues and Specialist Consultants, you will benefit from training on the most up to date pioneering equipment and treatments, helping you to become more of an expert in your field.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Staff Nurse within the 19 bed Orthopaedics department, you will be required to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care to patients within a safe, caring and comfortable environment. You will work within the team, supervising and directing junior staff.

The Princess Grace Hospital has 127 registered beds, including 90 inpatient, 21 day case, 8 endoscopy, an urgent care unit and a Level 3 intensive care unit containing 9 beds, with 24-hour consultant cover and a high dependency unit.

The London Breast Institute, The London Digestive Centre, and The Institute of Sport Exercise and Health.
- NMC registered Nurse
- Exposure to pre-op and post-op orthopaedic major joint replacement surgeries
- Experience in mobilising patients
