The role is full‑time, 37 hours per week (from 1 April 2026 the full‑time hours will be reduced to 36 hours).

• Provide generic and specialist educational support and direction to neonatal nurses and health‑care support workers.
• Develop, facilitate, deliver and evaluate current and new educational programmes that meet the needs of neonates, families and nursing staff.
• Collaborate with clinical personnel to promote, deliver and enhance high‑quality evidence‑based learning.
• Ensure educational initiatives align with best practice and quality standards in neonatal care.

• Registered nurse, registered child’s nurse or registered mid‑wife.
• Experience in neonatal nursing and qualification in neonatal nursing specialty essential.
• Live NMC UK PIN required.
• Commitment to family‑centred care, continuing professional development and an understanding of service and patient needs.
