Staff Nurse – Cardiology

Location: London Bridge Hospital, London

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs/week)

Why this role is special

As a Staff Nurse in our Cardiology Team, you’ll be at the heart of life‑saving care. You’ll work alongside top consultants and multidisciplinary teams, supporting a wide range of advanced cardiac procedures, including:

  • Interventional Cardiology: angiograms, angioplasty, PPM insertions, radio frequency ablations, TAVI
  • Cardiac Surgery: CABG, heart valve surgeries, aortic aneurysm repairs
  • Thoracic Surgery: lung surgeries and lung RFA, including chest drain management

What You’ll Bring
  • Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration
  • Experience in Cardiology or Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • Proficiency in recognising cardiac rhythms
  • Strong communication, time‑management and team‑working skills
