We have a great opportunity for a passionate Head of Corporate Partnerships to join a national disability charity that supports people with complex needs to live connected, fulfilling lives. This is an exciting moment to join an organisation implementing a new CRM system and organisational strategy, where corporate income plays a critical role in delivering long-term impact.

As part of this pivotal leadership role, you will develop and deliver an ambitious corporate fundraising strategy, leading a team to build a multi-year pipeline of sixand seven-figure partnerships. You will diversify corporate income across strategic partnerships, charity of the year programmes, commercial partnerships and more, while modelling inclusive, values-led leadership. This will also see you working across a large and complex organisation, creating compelling proposals, managing high-value relationships, and ensuring exceptional stewardship that maximises value for both partners and the charity.

To be successful as the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will need:

  • Proven experience securing and managing sixand seven-figure multi-year corporate partnerships
  • Significant leadership experience within the not?for?profit sector, including delivering strategies that transform income
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
