* Referral Officer required in a SEMH School

* Experience working with children who have SEMH

The Role – Referral Officer

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Referral Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone confident in building relationships and generating referrals across education, SEN, SEMH or support services. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing referral partnerships, and managing incoming referrals. Your work will help connect children, young people, or clients with the right services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and secure referrals through outreach and networking

* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and partner organisations

* Promote services via calls, meetings and visits

* Manage referral enquiries and follow up leads

* Keep accurate records of referral activity

The Ideal Candidate :

* Experience in referrals, outreach, sales, or education services

* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

* Self-motivated, organised and target-driven

* SEN/SEMH or education knowledge is an advantage but not essential
