Salary: £28,000 per annum, pro rata (plus ILW, if residing & working in London)

Fixed term contract (12 months)

, you’ll deliver vital support to refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants across the UK. You’ll help people navigate complex systems, access their rights, and rebuild their lives. You’ll play a key role in shaping and improving services that truly matter. Could this be your next meaningful step?

Responsibilities
  • Providing advice and advocacy on welfare, housing, health and asylum support.
  • Coordinating emergency provisions like hardship payments, hygiene packs and hot meals.
  • Supporting and managing volunteers to deliver high-quality casework services.
  • Building relationships with external partners to ensure holistic support for service users.
Qualifications
  • Experience delivering casework to vulnerable clients, ideally within refugee or asylum contexts.
  • Strong communication skills, including working with interpreters and diverse communities.
  • The ability to manage volunteers and work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of asylum seekers’ rights and entitlements, and how to advocate effectively.
