Youth Engagement Coordinator, Lambeth

£36.72 per hour

The candidate will manage sessional youth outreach workers. Our dedicated youth engagement service aims to positively impact the lives of young people in the community. We seek enthusiastic and experienced Detached Youth Outreach Workers. The role includes signposting young people to positive youth activities, delivering workshops in schools and the community, and reducing community tensions through detached youth work. Successful candidates will deliver group work programmes, deploy youth outreach initiatives, and possess strong community engagement skills.

This position requires a proactive approach to engaging with young people in their own environments, building trust, and providing tailored support.
