Position: MINISTER OF RELIGION – Tier 2 WORSHIP PASTOR
Location: Greater London

The Revival House church is looking for minister of religion – worship pastor to join the organisation and provide spiritual support. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about serving the community and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct worship services, coordinate worship teams and training of volunteers.
  • Offer music training through our Ignite Music School.
  • Assist the senior pastor in outreach program.
  • Conduct core ordinances of the Christian faith such as preaching as well as Bible based teachings.
  • Conduct Marital counselling.
  • Organise and lead prayer meetings.
  • Conduct discipleship programs that culminate with baptism.
  • Support our sick members spiritually through prayers and communion service.
  • Ensure that all our safeguarding policies are well implemented, with regular training conducted amongst all volunteers.
  • Assist the senior pastor to setup home fellowships.
  • Assist the senior pastor in both church branches:
    Revival house London & Revival House Southend.
  • Do home visits to offer pastoral care to the church members.
Minimum Skills / Qualifications / Requirements
  • The candidates must be a Christian with a Pentecostal musical background.
  • Must have 5 years experience working as a worship leader.
  • Must be committed to Christ and have a passion for the people.
  • Live a Christian life following Christian conduct.
  • Have an understanding of and commitment to the church’s mission statement and core values.
  • Must be self‑motivated, take initiative, have creative skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
  • Be willing to work within church policies, be on time for services and other meetings as required by the Pastor.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and write Kiswahili is also desirable.
  • Proficient in at least two musical instruments including vocals.
