. Volunteers make a huge contribution to our work. Are you 16‑25 and live near or in Lambeth? Last year over 1,400 volunteers donated more than a quarter of a million hours of their time to our organisation.

• Be a voice for young people, gather feedback, share ideas on how to improve services and help shape what we post on social media.
• Support the delivery of training and outreach events, including attending events at schools and colleges.
• Possibly be matched with a young person for one‑to‑one support: escort them to group appointments, check in after services, and motivate and inspire them to reach their potential.

You will be provided with all the skills, training and regular 1.2.1 support needed to help you carry out the role. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to be a positive role model, has a passion for supporting others and wants to make a difference.

• Most of our volunteer opportunities don’t need any special qualifications. All we ask is that you're kind, open‑minded and passionate about supporting people.
• Everyone is welcome at Change Grow Live; you don’t need personal experience of drug and alcohol recovery to get involved.
• This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level.
