• Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.

• Conduct continuous A/B testing on creative assets and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

• Proven experience managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns within Meta and Google ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, office-based environment with a proactive approach to testing new ideas.
