Senior Social Media & Marketing Manager

We’re hiring for a high-end creative design studio in London who are looking for a Senior Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead their social and marketing presence.

This is a hands‑on senior role for someone with strong visual taste, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for design - matched with zeal, enthusiasm, compassion, and sincerity in how they work.

  ocial & Marketing Strategy
• Act as the link between Marketing, Business Development, and Head of Studio
• Create, approve, and oversee all content across channels
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns (social, email, paid, newsletters)
• Develop and manage social platforms (Instagram, Linked In, Meta, Pinterest, Twitter/X)
• Create content directly (incl.
  Reels, Stories, Posts
  )
• Run and optimise paid social campaigns
• Track performance and optimise using analytics (e.g. GA)
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
• Represent the studio across events and PR moments

• Strong visual and brand sensibility
• Proven content strategy & storytelling experience
• Platform and performance expertise
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills
• A considerate, compassionate leader with energy, enthusiasm, and integrity
• Passion, drive, and a flair for design especially interior design
