The Role We're growing our in‑house digital media team and looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead this fast-evolving function. Based in our London office and reporting to the Head of Customer Growth, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we acquire and inspire new audiences across our digital channels.
This is a senior, hands‑on opportunity at an exciting stage of growth. You'll own our paid media strategy and execution end‑to‑end, building in‑house capability, diversifying our channel mix, and driving efficient, sustainable D2C performance. You'll balance roll‑up‑your‑sleeves delivery with big‑picture thinking, partnering closely with teams across Growth, CRM, Creative, PR and Brand to fuel omni‑channel demand. - Shape and deliver our paid media strategy in partnership with the Head of Consumer Growth, using insight and testing to guide budgets, channel mix and growth priorities
- Lead hands‑on execution and optimisation across our multi‑channel mix (Google, Bing, Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest), ensuring strong performance, continuous improvement and best‑practice governance
- Manage the transition from agency to in‑house delivery, building capability, owning affiliate strategy, and supporting social commerce initiatives such as Tik Tok Shop and Shop My
- Oversee day‑to‑day performance management including pacing, testing and reporting, translating business goals into clear, actionable media plans
- Develop, coach and support a Paid Media Executive while establishing efficient, high‑performing ways of working
- Champion creative‑led performance, partnering with Social, Design and Content teams to develop and evolve high‑impact paid social creative
- Lead platform research, creator insights and lightweight creative editing when needed
- Own performance measurement and reporting, aligning KPIs to commercial outcomes and translating data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with Data, CRM, Brand/PR and Commercial teams on holistic measurement, MMM inputs and targeting approaches focused on high‑LTV acquisition
- Build strong relationships with internal partners, platform reps and tech partners as a trusted paid media expert
- Significant hands-on experience across Google, Meta and Tik Tok (essential).
- Experience operating in a D2C or performance-led growth environment.
- Strong commercial understanding of CAC, COS, revenue and acquisition economics.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with developing junior team capability.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior or executive-level talent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
- Natural understanding of best-in-class creative, with the ability to research, brief and evolve high-performing creative over time.
- Confident, collaborative communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with affiliates, Amazon Ads, Tik Tok Shop, OOH, VOD or podcasts is beneficial but not essential.
- Agency-side experience welcomed but not required.
