At UKLASH, we’re redefining natural beauty with powerful, effective beauty essentials that deliver real results. We’re looking for a confident, creative, and content-obsessed Social Media Executive to join our growing team and lead on content creation for our global UKLASH social channels. This is an exciting opportunity to create content, manage our social presence in different regions and grow engagement and brand love on our channels.

You’ll be joining a dynamic team focused on driving our social strategy to take us to the next level and expand our presence.

Your Role

You’ll be the go-to for all things social, both behind and in front of the camera. From community management to creating and managing standout content that tells the brand story in an aesthetic, relatable way, you’ll help us take our social content to the next level. You will be creating content for our Social Media channels (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Pinterest and Facebook).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the social content calendar execution - from trends to challenges to product storytelling, you’ll keep our presence fresh and scroll-stopping.
  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit social-first content (both short-form video and live recaps) that aligns with brand campaigns and key product launches.
  • Schedule all social posts, writing captions that are on brand and inherit the brand tone of voice and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative team to align Tik Tok shop & social activity with brand goals and campaigns.
  • When required, create content for our paid ads team, to use across our paid social strategy.
  • Monitor performance weekly & monthly using key metrics and analytics to provide feedback, improve content, and hit KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of Tik Tok trends, creators, and platform updates, constantly bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Manage community engagement - respond promptly to comments, build relationships, and support the growth of a positive, inclusive space.
  • Support the Social Media Manager and Tik Tok Shop agency to create Tik Tok shop specific content to support on campaigns and increase Tik Tok Shop revenue.
  • Input on wrap up decks, content deep dives and analyse your channels to take learnings and input them into future content planning.
  • Execute Tik Tok Lives (from ideating, planning and hosting/ co-hosting).
Requirements
  • At least 1+ years experience in a Content creation or similar Social Media role.
  • Be confident on camera - confident, personable, and quick-thinking, with a strong grasp of what works and know how to connect with an audience in real time.
  • Confident working with talent and influencers for content production.
  • You live and breathe social trends, especially in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle space.
  • Strong video editing skills - you know your way around editing tools (possibly Cap Cut or similar apps).
  • Creative thinker with a solid understanding of content strategy, social performance, and platform nuances.
  • Excellent writing skills with a flair for crafting engaging captions and brand-aligned copy.
  • Strong analytic skills and competent in analysing and presenting data in weekly Marketing reporting meetings.
  • You’re a self-starter, full of initiative, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Past experience capturing content at events with influencers present.
  • Passionate about beauty and confident in representing a brand you believe in.
  • Experience in Tik Tok Live presenting or similar live streaming platforms.

The Social Media Executive will work across social channels to drive social media reach and engagement. This person will sit within the content and brand function of the marketing team and will help implement and create content in line with the overall social media and brand strategy. You will be responsible for creating forward-thinking, scroll-stopping content that inspires and drives existing and new communities.
