We’re partnering with a premium, direct-to-consumer retail brand to hire a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social. This is a high-impact, creative role within a fast-growing business where social plays a central role in brand storytelling, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
This role is ideal for someone confident both behind and in front of the camera
, highly trend-aware, and excited by the challenge of building a premium brand through social-first storytelling.
- Develop and deliver best-in-class organic social strategy aligned to brand, product, and commercial goals
- Own weekly and monthly social calendars across key platforms, balancing planned campaigns with reactive content
- Translate wider brand and product narratives into compelling social moments and campaigns
- Partner with content, brand, and PR teams to amplify launches and seasonal priorities
- Concept, create, and edit high-quality social-first content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, You Tube and Linked In
- Turn trends, cultural moments, and insights into premium, platform-native content
- Write engaging, on-brand copy across captions, storytelling formats, and campaign narratives
- Lead social content planning for shoots, working closely with in-house studio and production teams
- Capture behind-the-scenes and event content, including brand moments and live activations
- Confidently host or appear in live and recorded social content when required
- Manage day-to-day channel activity including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement
- Work cross-functionally with creative, editorial, production, and PR teams to deliver cohesive output
- Support ambassador, partnership, and campaign rollouts across organic social
- Support influencer and creator activity across organic social channels
- Ensure all partnership content aligns with brand values, tone, and social strategy
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager within a premium, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or DTC retail brand
- Deep understanding of social platforms, algorithms, trends, and creator culture
- Strong hands-on content creation and editing skills (Adobe, Cap Cut, or similar tools)
- Excellent copywriting skills with a clear understanding of brand voice
- Confident on camera and comfortable representing a brand publicly
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Work with a premium, design-led brand where social is a core growth driver
- High visibility role with strong influence over brand storytelling
- Excellent in-house creative and production support
