What You'll Do
  • You’ll be channel owner for UK Instagram – develop and execute wildly surprising and scroll‑stopping content that drives talkability, engagement and shareability in the UK market.
  • Shape an Instagram‑first strategy that sets Pinterest apart; keeping up-to-speed with the latest formats, trends and culture.
  • Paid follower growth and organic boosting; work closely with paid media team and agency to drive follower acquisition on Instagram and Tik Tok – including forecasting and recommendations.
  • Build out the UK's social creator book of business – identifying, nurturing and contracting top talent.
  • Manage influencer agency to amplify brand in‑market for tentpole campaigns such as Pinterest Predicts 2027. Report back to the business on campaign performance, focusing on reach/engagement, earned influence and sentiment.
  • Present regular, clear, and compelling channel findings/reports, translating data into strategic recommendations for wider consumer marketing org.
  • Operationalise content calendar to ensure smooth workflows and ensure what we put out in the world is beautifully crafted, well written and on‑brand.
  • Push and refine our editorial tone of voice on social media, and distinguish us from other brands.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of social marketing experience, ideally for a consumer brand. Additional experience in entertainment, design/art, fashion, travel, lifestyle, food verticals a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing social marketing content for brands that demonstrate creative excellence and drive metrics, with a focus on Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams including comms, editorial, product, partnerships and marketing to enable social‑first thinking.
  • Tapped into UK culture and emerging Gen‑Z trends.
  • Strong experience in contracting and briefing influencers / content creators.
  • Ability to report effectively on social media success – using social media tracking and analytics tools.
  • Strong organisation skills; overseeing invoices, content calendars and operational flows.
  • Editing skills essential; natively in Tik Tok, Figma, Capcut etc.
  • Strong copy writing and curatorial eye.
  • Some experience in crisis management and escalating community responses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, or equivalent experience.

In‑Office Requirement Statement
  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in‑person collaboration at least 2 times per month and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our London office.
