Publicis Groupe is searching for a talented individual to join the team and our bespoke agency for a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition across our network and around the globe. We’re looking for an experienced, detail‑driven, and forward‑thinking Paid Social Manager to join our growing digital team on one of our new pitch wins—
Mars . This is an opportunity to manage high‑profile paid social campaigns for one of the most recognizable brands in the world.

You’ll lead on Paid Social strategy and activation, owning performance oversight, and stakeholder communication. You’ll manage a team of paid social specialists, helping them develop and execute best‑in‑class campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Linked In and more.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep platform expertise with a passion for innovation and enjoys building strong internal and client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

• Strong experience across either Paid Social including planning, strategy, and execution.
• Proven platform knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads, and/or Snapchat.
• A passion for innovation willing to push the limits of Paid Social and the wider digital plan.
• Someone who can build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage large budgets and develop clear and simple finance process.
• Confident presentation and communication skills.
