OverviewThe Regional Hubs deliver the Comms and Planning function within Team H&M. Split across London, New York and India, we service nine regions plus the Lifestyle BUs, and our core function is to deliver best in class cross‑channel full‑funnel media planning and immaculate client servicing.
In the London‑based EMEA Hub, each sub‑team (consisting of one Director, one Manager and one Executive) will lead two regions and/or Lifestyle BUs.

Client Responsibilities:
- Support your Paid Digital Director to deliver best in class RTBs, Media Plans and PCAs for H&M's full‑funnel 'Big 4' and high‑impact 'New Development' campaigns
- Be the planning lead for H&M's smaller 'Prioritised' branding campaigns
- Brief the Channel Specialist Teams to activate campaigns, and keep in close contact with them to understand how activity is performing once live
- Regularly liaise with the Channel Specialist Teams to ensure that you're up‑to‑date with the status of your region/BU's always‑on Consideration and Conversion streams
- Support your Paid Digital Director to design bespoke T&L roadmaps for your region and/or BU
- Understand H&M's Central Digital Strategy Framework and apply this to all strategic recommendations
- Understand the bespoke strategic needs of your region and/or BU to ensure that all recommendations ladder up to their business goals
- Understand the fundamentals across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic to field basic questions and requests
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key day‑to‑day clients, and deliver immaculate client service
- Act as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day client questions
- Support your Paid Digital Director and work with your Paid Digital Executive to ensure that all client calls are well prepared for
