Role Overview :As our Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic social media strategy that reflects our brand values and resonates with our target audience to aid in new customer acquisition. You will oversee all social platforms, ensuring they represent our brand identity, highlight our product offerings, and drive engagement, growth, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and key dates.
- Create and curate visually stunning and compelling content (images, videos, reels, carousels) that aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
- Write engaging captions and posts that reflect the brand’s tone and personality.
- Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Foster meaningful connections with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Monitor and address brand reputation on all social channels.
As part of this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of our influencer marketing strategy to amplify the brand’s presence and drive meaningful engagement across all social media platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to amplify brand presence and engagement.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators who align with the brand’s values, target audience, and aesthetic.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including recruitment, negotiation, content approval, and performance analysis.
- Ensure collaborations enhance brand visibility and drive measurable results.
- Stay attuned to industry trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships and innovation.
- Foster long-term relationships with influencers.
- Define and implement social media strategies to drive growth, increase engagement, and generate sales.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, ROI).
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and optimize campaigns.
- Proven experience (2+ years) managing and creating for social media platforms for a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar is a huge plus.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a flair for creating engaging and on-brand captions.
