Account Manager - Pivotal

Overview

We’re working with a global, digital-first marketing group to hire a German-speaking Account Manager into a fast-growing, social-first agency team. This role sits at the heart of social and influencer campaigns
, supporting delivery across creators, content, shoots and client management. You’ll partner closely with an Account Director and collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to bring campaigns to life.

• Act as day-to-day client contact on assigned accounts
• Manage social and influencer campaigns end-to-end
• Coordinate creators, timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Support shoot production, talent management and UGC
• Track budgets, scopes and campaign reporting
• Lead campaign kick-offs, status updates and wrap reports

• 2–3+ years’ experience in a social, digital or creative agency
• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer marketing and content production
• Highly organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
• Confident working across multiple stakeholders and fast-moving projects
