• Plan, activate, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and additional DSPs.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends, and deliver clear recommendations to clients.
• Own client communication, presenting insights and guiding strategic decisions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate campaign results into actionable opportunities.
• Work closely with internal creative, product, and technical teams to implement changes that drive measurable impact.
• Stay informed on mobile marketing innovations and support App Store Optimisation where relevant.

• Strong commercial experience running paid mobile app campaigns, including Apple Search Ads (must have).
• Confident working with analytics and attribution platforms such as Apps Flyer, Kochava, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Skilled in interpreting data to optimise performance across multiple channels.
• Comfortable in client-facing conversations, presenting insights, and managing expectations.
• Able to manage budgets effectively and report clearly on ROI.
• Experience with ASO or DSPs is beneficial, as is experience in an agency environment.
