£27,000 - £30,000 per annum, DOE, plus benefits
Our client is a leading luxury tour operator specialising in creating tailor‑made holidays, premium beach escapes and unforgettable long‑haul journeys. As they continue to grow their brand presence, they are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Marketing Assistant to support their busy travel marketing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years’ marketing experience who is looking to develop their skills within a luxury travel environment and gain hands‑on exposure across a wide range of marketing activities.
Role OverviewThe Marketing Assistant will provide day‑to‑day support across the full marketing function, helping to deliver polished, high‑quality work that reflects our client’s luxury brand. You’ll assist with email design, image selection, copywriting, content updates and general administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of campaigns and marketing activity.
You’ll also help maintain our client’s online presence across key channels such as Google Knowledge Graph, Trustpilot and other brand touchpoints, ensuring accuracy, consistency and a premium tone of voice.
This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is organised, creative and eager to grow within a fast‑paced, collaborative marketing team.
Key Responsibilities Content & Creative Support- Assist with the design and build of marketing emails, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Select high‑quality imagery that reflects our client’s luxury aesthetic and supports campaign messaging.
- Produce short‑form copy for emails, landing pages, social posts and other marketing materials.
- Support the creation and organisation of content assets for use across multiple channels.
- Maintain and update content on platforms such as Google Knowledge Graph, Trustpilot and other online listings.
- Assist with campaign preparation, including gathering assets, proofreading and coordinating approvals.
- Support the wider marketing team with research, competitor monitoring and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain internal content libraries, image banks and marketing documentation.
- Basic reporting tasks.
- Support with supplier communication and other day‑to‑day admin duties.
- Ensure smooth coordination across the department, contributing to an efficient and well‑organised workflow.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing support role, ideally within travel, lifestyle or luxury sectors.
- Strong written English with the ability to produce clear, polished and brand‑appropriate copy.
- Good eye for imagery, layout and visual consistency.
- Experience using email marketing tools or CMS platforms (training can be provided).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident using design software such as Photoshop preferred.
- Educated to degree level preferred (not essential).
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn with a can‑do attitude.
- Collaborative and comfortable supporting multiple team members.
- Creative thinker with an interest in travel and luxury brands.
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively.
- Positive, professional and committed to delivering high‑quality work.

- Base salary £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, DOE + benefits.
- Hybrid role, Monday-Friday, 2 days in, 3 days from home.
