Key Responsibilities:

In this Marketing Executive role, you'll be responsible for:

Planning and delivering digital campaigns across multiple markets, including email and Social Media channels such as Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook
Monitoring platforms for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities, responding professionally and promptly
Optimising campaign performance using Active Campaign, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and paid advertising platforms
Analysing performance data to refine content and improve audience engagement
Working closely with internal teams to support wider Marketing and promotional activity
Preparing regular performance reports for internal stakeholders

What we're looking for:

We're keen to hear from Hospitality candidates who offer:

Experience as a Marketing Executive, or a Marketing Coordinator within hospitality with a minimum of 2-3 year's experience
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop
Confidence handling phone conversations and liaising with internal teams and external agencies
The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a wider team
Strong digital marketing skills, with an interest in content, campaigns, and performance analysis
A proactive mindset and the right attitude to grow within a supportive environment
