Job Summary

Motivated and detail-oriented Investment & Business Development Coordinator supporting partnership management, brand alignment, and community-focused publishing activities within the gaming industry. This role acts as a central coordination point between external developers, internal stakeholders, and player communities to help maximize the long-term value of investment and publishing relationships. The position requires wearing multiple hats across investment, publishing, marketing, and community functions, with a focus on execution, alignment, and relationship building rather than development delivery or strategic ownership.

Key Deliverables

Partnership & Relationship Coordination

  • Support and strengthen relationships with external developers and investment studios, acting as a reliable day-to-day coordination point.
  • Assist partners in understanding and executing brand, marketing, and community expectations.
  • Help maintain clear communication, trust, and alignment across ongoing partnerships.

Brand, Marketing & Asset Coordination

  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing and promotional assets (key art, trailers, screenshots, copy, store materials) from third-party developers.
  • Support internal brand and marketing teams by ensuring assets meet quality standards, are on brand, and delivered on time.
  • Facilitate feedback loops, revisions, and approvals between internal teams and external partners.
  • Support go-to-market planning by tracking timelines, deliverables, and readiness.

Community & Player Engagement Support

  • Support collaboration between internal community teams and external developers to help grow and sustain healthy player communities.
  • Assist with coordination of community initiatives such as announcements, developer updates, events, and post-launch engagement activities.
  • Participate in gameplay reviews, playtests, and feedback sessions to assess audience appeal and community response.

Cross-Functional & Internal Coordination

  • Act as a central point of coordination across Publishing, Brand, Marketing, Sales, Community & Support, PR, Legal, Finance, and QA teams.
  • Support alignment across multiple parallel work streams, adapting to shifting priorities as needed.
  • Maintain shared trackers, schedules, and documentation to ensure visibility and smooth information flow.

Scouting & Department Support

  • Support scouting activities by reviewing potential investment and publishing candidates from a market, brand, and audience-fit perspective.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Support basic operational and administrative tasks related to publishing and investment activities, including documentation and budget tracking.
  • Contribute to post-launch reviews, marketing retrospectives, and learnings documentation.

This role supports execution and alignment across teams and partners. It does not own development delivery, marketing strategy, or commercial decision-making.
