Marketing Executive (Research)

In addition to campaign delivery, the Marketing Executive (Research) will play a foundational research and insight role, contributing to the development of new show concepts, new market opportunity assessment, and exploratory audience and sector research that informs future event strategy.

You will also be responsible for delivering integrated, high‑impact marketing campaigns that promote This is Beyond’s events and engage our global audience.

This role suits a proactive, exploratory, data‑led and detail‑oriented marketer with a strong interest in luxury travel, events, and brand storytelling, who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead exploratory research and insight generation to support evaluation of new markets and potential show concepts, including primary research, audience segmentation, opportunity mapping, and recommendation reporting.
  • Research industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to inform both current campaign strategy and future concept viability and go‑to‑market assumptions.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, content development, and strategic planning with the wider marketing team.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in building new strategic processes and creating workflows in Asana.
  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email (Pardot), website (Word Press), and social platforms, ensuring timely, on‑brand execution.
  • Own and manage social media channels (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, You Tube), including content planning, creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Manage campaign content calendars, timelines, and workflows to ensure activities are strategically aligned and well coordinated.
  • Build, segment, send, and optimise marketing emails in Pardot, tracking performance and improving results.
  • Build, maintain, and update website content via Word Press throughout campaign and event cycles.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Pardot, and social insights, producing actionable reports and recommendations.
  • Coordinate asset production workflows in Asana, managing briefs, approvals, and delivery timelines across teams.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Sales teams to develop and refine campaign visuals and marketing collateral.
  • Support on‑site marketing delivery at events, including brand activations, content capture, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Provide light administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day marketing execution.
Core Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within events, travel, or hospitality.
  • Demonstrable experience in exploratory research or strategic insight activities, such as audience segmentation, opportunity analysis, primary qualitative research, or market assessment projects.
  • Comfort with data analysis and research tools beyond campaign analytics (e.g. audience research platforms, qualitative research methods, survey tools), or a willingness to develop this capability.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated digital campaigns across email, social, and web.
