Senior Account Manager – Growing Sports Division - Leading Consumer PR Agency
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

The RoleWe’re looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager to join a growing and high-performing sports team and help lead integrated campaigns for high-profile sport and entertainment clients.
You’ll be a key day-to-day client lead, managing accounts and driving delivery across earned media, partnerships/sponsorship activation, influencer, experiential and social.
You’ll also play an important role in supporting junior team members, keeping work moving at pace, and ensuring every output is delivered to the highest standard.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day client activity across a portfolio of sports and entertainment accounts
- Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, strong organisation and proactive counsel
- Contribute to quarterly planning and always-on strategy, ensuring activity supports wider brand objectives
- Monitor the sports landscape and wider news agenda, advising on timings and identifying relevant opportunities
- Oversee integrated campaigns across earned media, influencer, partnerships, experiential/events, content and social
- Develop smart media strategies and manage campaign delivery end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, suppliers and troubleshooting
- Support workflow and resourcing across accounts, mentor junior team members, and contribute to brainstorms and new business pitches where needed
- An established Senior Account Manager from a fast-paced sports PR or creative communications agency
- Confident in delivering integrated creative campaigns for well-known sports brands, ranging across a variety of sectors and audiences
- A strong project lead: organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure across multiple work streams
- A credible client manager who can build trust, provide clear counsel and handle challenges confidently
- A supportive team player who enjoys developing others and maintaining high standards
- Passionate about sport, culture and the role communications plays in shaping relevance and reputation
- Lead modern, creatively-led sports and entertainment campaigns with genuine cultural impact
- High autonomy, strong support and great exposure to senior leadership
