The Role:As a Graduate CRM Executive at DAZN, you’ll help bring world‑class fight sports and football moments to life for our subscribers. You’ll support the planning, building, and delivery of marketing campaigns that speak directly to fans—whether it’s a massive fight night or a must‑watch football clash.
You’ll write engaging communications, collaborate with creative teams to develop big new ideas, and use data to understand how fans respond to our messaging. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and full of opportunity to learn, grow, and make your mark.
- Build and deliver exciting campaigns that connect fans with the biggest moments in global fight sports and football.
- Write clear, compelling communications—emails, in‑app messages, push notifications—that bring fans closer to the action.
- Work with creative teams to brief new ideas and support the development of standout visuals, copy, and concepts.
- Use data to understand subscriber behaviour and campaign performance, turning insights into smarter, more impactful marketing.
- Support campaign reporting so teams can learn what works and continuously improve.
- A way with words—you can spot typos, write clearly, and communicate with energy and impact.
- Curiosity about how audiences behave and an interest in using data to guide decisions.
- A passion for sport (especially fight sports or football) and an eagerness to understand what excites fans.
- A collaborative, can‑do mindset and enthusiasm for learning from experienced creatives, strategists, and data specialists.
- An eye for detail and an interest in developing your creative briefing and content‑building skills.
- Any familiarity with marketing tools, creative software, or analytics platforms is a bonus—but not essential; we’ll support your growth.
