Overview
As the Senior Retail Media Marketing Lead
, you will be part of the UK Marketing Team based at our London office, playing a pivotal role in monetising Hello Fresh’s physical and digital advertising space within your market. Your focus will be on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue from suppliers, working collaboratively with global and local Retail Media, Partnerships and Procurement teams and owning the relationship with key agencies and advertisers.
By driving growth and enabling innovation in your market, this role will position Hello Fresh as a leader in Retail Media Networks (RMNs).

You will…- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships:
Build and manage relationships with C-level executives at large advertisers and media agencies, creating tailored retail media joint business plans that meet their needs. - Support and report into our Global Retail Media team, based out of Amsterdam
- Pursue new business opportunities:
Identify, pitch, and secure new retail media partnerships to expand revenue streams. - Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, growth partnerships, and RM sales teams from other Hello Fresh markets, to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies. - Create compelling value propositions:
Develop solutions that maximize advertiser ROI while delivering mutual success. - Analyse and leverage data:
Monitor market trends, analyze performance dashboards, and turn data from campaign performance into strategic recommendations that drive better performance. - Represent the organization:
Act as a brand ambassador at conferences, industry events, and client meetings, showcasing the company’s retail media capabilities and expand our network with large advertisers and media agencies.

- Extensive experience (5+ years preferred) in business development, advertising sales, or strategic partnerships:
Ideally within Retail Media Networks, e-commerce, or related industries. - Proven track record in strategic partnerships:
Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth. - Deep industry knowledge:
Strong understanding of the retail media and/or advertising landscape, including advertising sales cycles, media planning, campaign success metrics, and the evolving needs of large (FMCG/CPG) advertisers and media agencies. - A strong professional network:
An extensive list of contacts in the UK market, covering a variety of industries, which you can utilise for outreach and revenue generation. - Strong analytical skills to interpret (trend) reports, post campaign analysis and dashboards, to extrapolate insights and next steps.
- CRM proficiency:
Proven success building and managing pipelines in tools like Hub Spot. - A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field:
