The marketing department is responsible for creating best-in-class marketing campaigns that maintain and grow our customer base. Increasing brand awareness to acquire new customers and engaging our existing customer base to increase LTV, our award-winning marketing department consists of four teams: brand marketing, brand partnership marketing, content and paid media.
Role OverviewThe senior marketing coordinator is responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity for the brand partners within the allocated category. This role requires close working relationships with the rest of the marketing department, wider departments across the business and our brand partners.
The role directly manages and is responsible for managing the day‑day workload and development of the category marketing assistant.
Key Responsibilities- Build and foster strong relationships and act as a day‑to‑day contact from the marketing department for your category brand partners.
- Create and confidently present brand partner marketing plans for always on and new product launch visibility across Space NK marketing channels, including overviews and detailed schedules.
- Own the brand partnerships calendar for the allocated category. Ensure activity across the category is aligned and doesn't conflict with marketing plans for other categories.
- Own and coordinate activity within critical paths to ensure all marketing for brand partners within the allocated category is briefed, signed off and delivered on time.
- Clearly brief the wider marketing department on category marketing campaigns and activity, ensuring they are aware of key messaging, objectives and timelines.
- Propose and coordinate the execution of any experiential activations related to marketing campaigns for category brand partners.
- Forecast performance and ensure all category marketing activity has clearly defined objectives and KPIs that are measurable and align with marketing and business goals.
- Accurately and confidently, record activity and report performance of marketing campaign activity to brand partners and the wider Space NK business.
- Budget management of relevant cost lines, ensuring spend is in line with plan, accurately tracked and invoices paid.
- Effectively line‑manage and develop the category marketing assistant.
- Keep up to date on the latest innovations within marketing, proposing new ideas and opportunities that relate to business objectives.
