Social Media & Influencer Manager (UKI)
Reports to:Head of Marketing
OverviewWe’re hiring a Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and talent partnerships across key social platforms in the UK & Ireland.
This role is strategic and commercial
, not a creative/content production position. The focus is on owning social performance and managing influencer/brand talent relationships
, working closely with marketing and brand teams to deliver against wider campaign objectives.
Proven experience managing influencers, creators, and brand talent is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.).
- Set clear KPIs for growth, engagement, and performance, using data to optimise continuously.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual standards across all channels.
- Lead content planning from a strategic perspective (briefing, calendars, priorities), not hands-on creation.
- Manage external agencies and partners; stay on top of platform updates, trends, and best practices.
- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers, athletes, and brand ambassadors.
- Lead influencer and talent campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, contract negotiation, deliverables, and measurement.
- Partner closely with PR, partnerships, and marketing teams to ensure talent activity aligns with wider brand goals.
- Track and report on influencer performance, engagement, and ROI.
- Drive community growth initiatives such as collaborations and partnerships.
- Use social listening and platform insights to engage in relevant conversations and cultural moments.
- Analyse social and talent performance, turning insights into clear recommendations.
- Deliver regular reporting on growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Test and refine new formats, platforms, and approaches based on performance data.
