This is a unique opportunity to join one of the world’s leading private shipping companies as Social Media and Digital Lead. You will play a key role in shaping how Zodiac Maritime tells its story globally - driving digital engagement, brand visibility, and thought leadership across the maritime industry. The role offers the chance to combine creative storytelling with strategic impact while working closely with the Director of Communications in a fast-paced, international environment.

About

the Role Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a social media and digital content strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and manage high-quality content across Linked In, Instagram, and other key platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and share stories that highlight Zodiac Maritime’s people, fleet, and innovation.
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and oversee visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Support wider communications activity, including internal newsletters, press releases, and crisis communications.
  • Monitor performance metrics and emerging digital trends to continuously optimise activity.
Required Skills
  • 6-8 years’ experience in corporate communications with expertise in social media strategy and digital content creation.
  • Proven ability to grow engagement and build brand presence in B2B environments.
  • Strong written, visual, and editorial skills with close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Word Press.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using digital metrics and reporting tools.
  • Calm, organised, and confident, managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to engage stakeholders globally.
  • Flexibility to support out-of-hours communications during critical moments.
