Overview
We’re looking for a Global Marketing Manager to help bring our innovation pipeline to life, deliver culturally resonant brand campaigns, and scale product storytelling across global markets. Sitting at the heart of the global marketing team, you’ll take emerging product concepts from ideation through activation—crafting narratives, strategies, and launch plans that resonate across cultures, align with our brand voice, and ignite both internal and consumer excitement.
Responsibilities- Architect and execute global innovation strategies, from product ideation to launch across channels.
- Lead cross-functional teams—R&D, regional marketing, digital, and consumer insights—to tailor activations by region.
- Oversee creative development and adapt launch materials (digital, PR, retail) for diverse markets.
- Program and activate global promotional initiatives (e.g., limited edition sets, brand storytelling campaigns).
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics; iterate based on insights.
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging globally, while allowing regional customization.
- Manage and allocate budget, schedule, and agency collaboration for launches.
- Serve as ambassador between global leadership and regional hubs, fostering two-way alignment.
- Industry Know-How: Deep understanding of the beauty and skincare landscape, with strong awareness of ingredient trends, category shifts, and what it takes to cut through in a saturated market.
