Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑end orchestration of MR PORTER campaigns, working hand‑in‑hand with the marketing project manager to ensure input from all in‑house teams and seamless campaign delivery
  • Lead the development of 360° cross‑channel plans delivering on campaign objectives
  • In unison with the marketing project manager, co‑ordinate and run the creative briefing process, overall project management, budget management and post‑launch performance tracking for each campaign, creatively developing the campaign architecture to support the needs of the business.
  • Partner with local teams and channel experts to co‑ordinate campaigns, ensuring market idiosyncrasies are considered and global efficiencies are utilised.
  • Be a lead point of contact and champion for communicating campaigns to the business, maintaining accurate records of campaigns, projects and timings, and encouraging excitement and involvement from internal MR PORTER teams.
  • Be a point person for colleagues across marketing channel disciplines including buying, merchandising, production, creative, design, editorial, social, PR & comms, site, CRM, display, affiliate and search.
  • Regularly update key SLT stakeholders with campaign development in the lead‑up to launch and share key performance metrics following go‑live.
  • Deliver end of campaign analysis, insights and recommendations to optimise performance of campaigns.
  • Work closely with all internal departments across the business on the delivery of content to support innovative marketing campaigns
  • Support the Sr Brand Marketing Manager in propelling MR PORTER’s brand strategy and strategic partnership approach across best‑in‑class initiatives.
  • Support with the build and presentation of quarterly reporting documents that relay key insights and learnings for previous activity.
  • Support with the build and presentation of quarterly planning documents that align all teams on strategic approach.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify opportunities to drive regional relevancy across global campaigns
  • Manage budget and cost control, ensuring that they are all up to date and in line with business expectations
  • Support on admin for all brand marketing initiatives for example: large client relations activations, global or regional partnerships, brand partnership activity.
  • Maintain the MR PORTER Sales & Marketing calendar, helping to orchestrate end‑to‑end activity for the brand supporting the identification of key marketing opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of external marketing and communications best practice and digital platform evolutions and always look to bring external inspiration into the business.
