About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead product marketing strategy, shape go-to-market initiatives, and drive impactful, scalable campaigns. In this role, you’ll connect product insights with marketing execution, champion user understanding, and collaborate closely across cross‑functional teams to launch and grow products in the market.

You will bring strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and creative storytelling to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and content across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on product features to guide product development and marketing decisions.
  • Lead market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Validate market size, audience potential, and business opportunities using qualitative and quantitative data.
Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Develop and drive marketing plans with regional and functional teams.
  • Define target audiences, positioning, and channel strategies.
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Content, Messaging & Brand
  • Create clear, compelling marketing content aligned with product strategy.
  • Shape product brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to publish high-quality content.
User Insights & Research
  • Develop user insights to shape marketing and product strategy.
  • Identify research requirements, manage studies, and interpret results with internal/external partners.
  • Advocate for user experience by providing feedback to product teams.
  • Lead medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Identify channels to effectively engage users and achieve key objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key results.
