About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support an international marketing team across project management, budgeting, and event coordination. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration skills who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and bringing marketing activities to life across European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of budget‑related tasks, including tracking spend, monitoring allocations, and maintaining financial documentation
  • Manage invoices and purchase orders (POs)
  • Demonstrate hands‑on experience working with budgets (e.g., campaign or event budgets)
  • Maintain internal team portals, documentation, and shared resources
  • Compile activity results and contribute to team newsletters and updates
Project Coordination
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across key European markets
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments
  • Provide regular progress updates and ensure smooth project execution
  • Support cross‑functional communication and maintain project documentation
Event Support
  • Assist with planning and logistics for marketing events
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Support on‑site execution when required
  • Strong financial administration capabilities —
    budget ownership experience is essential
  • Experience managing invoices and/or POs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Office Suite)
  • Understanding of marketing, media, and communication principles
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of related work experience
