Are you looking for your next opportunity? Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our global Marketing and Communications team.

Our Marketing and Communications team plays a critical role in supporting Sompo’s commercial objectives by strengthening brand presence, driving engagement across key stakeholder groups, and supporting product and distribution strategies across multiple lines of business. Working closely with underwriting, distribution, and regional teams, Marketing and Communications ensures that our messaging, campaigns, and materials are aligned with business priorities and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Assist with the development and production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Partner and collaborate with broader Marketing and Communications team members, Distribution, Client Management and Underwriting colleagues as well as other stakeholders to achieve goals and support business objectives.
  • Help elevating and standardizing the brand’s aesthetic and voice to increase brand awareness across all communications channels and to effectively engage our target audiences.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to deliver marketing activities on time and within budget.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing activity effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though not essential.
  • Up to 2 years’ relevant experience at Marketing Assistant level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with the confidence to ask questions and seek feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
