We have an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, dynamic, and driven individual to join as a Marketing Executive for the Speciality Cluster, supporting Retail Marketing and Hi
- Performance. This is a fabulous opportunity within the business, and we are looking for ambitious, customer focused individuals to come and be part of this amazing team!
This role liaises with several internal stakeholders—from the marketing and sales team to the Senior Leadership teams—so we are looking for someone who can interact with colleagues of all levels and manage several deadlines the digital content marketing is created in house. You will have the chance to be involved with weekly and monthly retail updates to notify our customers of industry and retail landscapes, conduct research for customer meetings, support tender pitches, and work on cross-functional special projects.
This role creates engaging communications for sites, hosts events for new business opportunities, and drafts content for the Cluster Sales Director for Town Hall meetings.
The role also has scope to create and design marketing material that can be used across the company’s online platforms, social media, and print media, including content for customer presentations.
To be successful in the role, you need to understand our product offering in Speciality, our brand guidelines, and be comfortable using them to create content; you should be able to manage conflicting priorities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with different stakeholders.
This is a full-time, hybrid role between home and our site in Ely, Cambridge with some travel to sites in Hinckley, Mercia and Paddington as required.

About You- Understanding of Point of Sale, Industrial products and/or the Packaging industry is highly desirable, but we are also interested in candidates with an FMCG background.
- Knowledge around consumer insights is desired but not essential.
- Ability to create content — both presentations and online communications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently to senior management.
- Able to work independently but also comfortable building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
- Computer literate, especially with Microsoft packages.
