The role

• Experienced, hands-on Marketing & Communications Officer to create and manage digital and print content, run social channels and website, and support campaigns and events to strengthen brand and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and produce content across web, social and print.
• Manage website via CMS (Word Press/Wix) and support basic SEO.
• Create/edit digital assets (images, GIFs, short-form media); provide photography.
• Support events, brand governance, supplier coordination and admin (incl. minute‑taking).

Essential requirements

• Degree in marketing/communications/digital media (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years  experience in marketing/communications.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• CMS and social media management; basic analytics (Google Analytics, Meta, Linked In).
• Strong written communication, organisation and MS Office skills.

• Videography skills; experience in health/mental health/social care; GEO/AI search optimisation.
