We are seeking a Regional Marketing Director to plan and deliver strategic, integrated pan-EMEA marketing programs supporting demand generation, client engagement, and brand growth across our Asset Management solutions portfolio
.
This role is critical to regional execution—localizing global campaigns, developing regional initiatives, partnering closely with sales and business leaders, managing events, and driving measurable pipeline outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic campaign planning, hands‑on execution, strong analytics, and project management skills, and thrives in a highly matrixed, global organization.
This role reports to the Head of International Marketing and works closely with segment marketing leads, global centers of excellence, and regional sales teams.
Key Responsibilities Regional Marketing Planning & Execution- Develop and execute integrated EMEA go‑to‑market plans aligned to global and segment priorities while reflecting local market needs.
- Localize global messaging, content, and campaigns for EMEA audiences across countries and languages.
- Manage regional marketing programs across digital, events, content, and social channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline.
- Partner with marketing centers of excellence (digital, events, PR/AR, brand) to activate assets regionally.
- Ensure programs are delivered with clear timelines, budgets, and performance goals.
- Partner with regional sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and growth targets.
- Own communication with international asset management sales teams and business leaders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Collaborate with segment marketing leads to ensure consistency with portfolio strategy and messaging.
- Manage regional agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand execution.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance to measure ROI and pipeline impact.
- Report regularly on results and insights to marketing and business stakeholders.
- Plan and promote Broadridge’s participation in key regional industry events and conferences.
- Support the creation and localization of regional content, including articles, client materials, and success stories, to strengthen thought leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience; financial services, fintech, or data‑driven solutions experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the asset management industry or strong ability to learn.
- Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
