We are seeking a
** Regional Marketing Director
** to plan and deliver strategic, integrated pan-EMEA marketing programs supporting demand generation, client engagement, and brand growth across our
** Asset Management solutions portfolio**. This role is critical to regional execution—localizing global campaigns, developing regional initiatives, partnering closely with sales and business leaders, managing events, and driving measurable pipeline outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic campaign planning, hands-on execution, strong analytics, and project management skills, and thrives in a highly matrixed, global organization. This role reports to the
** Head of International Marketing
** and works closely with segment marketing leads, global centers of excellence, and regional sales teams.

** 8+ years of B2B marketing experience; financial services, fintech, or data-driven solutions experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge of the asset management industry or strong ability to learn. Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging. Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools. You’ll join a collaborative, global marketing community driving growth across a world-class fintech organization.
