Location: Greater London

We’re looking for a real creative — you have taste, instinct, and opinions, and you enjoy learning more about the business/commercial side.

This is not a role about posting endlessly or chasing trends you don’t believe in. It is a role where you help define how JADE looks, feels, and shows up, both digitally and eventually physically.

You’ll have space to create, experiment, and influence the direction of the brand as it grows.

  • Create original, high-quality digital content for JADE (visual, social, conceptual — formats evolve)
  • Help shape and maintain JADE’s visual direction and creative output
  • Translate ideas into content that actually works in the real world (not just looks good)
  • Think along on launches, campaigns, and storytelling
  • Work closely with the founders on creative experiments and execution
  • Contribute ideas for future pop-ups and physical brand experiences (my slightly unhinged dream is we make a life size lens case for a pop-up so we must make this happen.. maybe end of 2026)

We see this as a way to test out how well we work together, and hope that it will grow into a more substantial, long-term collaboration.

Our initial offering is minimum wage, and we want to incentivise you by offering a % commission on all sales above target. As we move forward and grow we want the compensation to fully reflect your skills and the value you’re adding.

Skills and Experience Required
  • Strong creative instinct and good taste (this matters more than years of experience)
  • Genuine interest in marketing and digital content creation
  • Ability to turn ideas into execution — you like making things happen, not just mood boarding
  • Comfortable taking ownership and sharing opinions
  • Interest in the business side of creativity: understanding context, goals, and impact (your main strength can absolutely be creativity — we just want someone who also thinks in the real world)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Self-starter energy, with an eye for detail and quality
