The Product Marketing function was successfully founded here 12 months ago and it is going very well. This hire is about adding capacity and execution power.
I know this business extremely well, having supported the hire of both the Marketing Director and the Founding Product Marketing Lead. This role is the natural next step in the evolution of the function.

Core products need to continue performing flawlessly. New features are shipping frequently. Additional products and use cases are being explored. Commercial teams are scaling and relying heavily on Product Marketing for clarity, enablement and momentum.

The role and reporting lineThis is a senior execution role within Product Marketing.
You will work very closely with a highly capable Product Marketing Lead. This is a true partnership role, designed to scale the function without diluting quality.
The roleYou will partner closely with a highly capable Product Marketing Lead.
Day to day, you will:
- Own product launches, feature messaging and positioning across an evolving product suite
- Turn frequent releases into clear, compelling narratives for customers and sales teams
- Build and maintain GTM and sales enablement materials used daily by AEs, BDRs and Rev Ops
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer teams
- Gather insight from the field and feed it directly back into product and commercial decisions
You will be trusted to take a brief and run with it. You will be expected to ask the right questions, spot gaps, and deliver work that is immediately usable.

- Rev Ops and Sales are scaling with a strong US focus

Who this role is forThis role suits someone who:
- Has at least 2 to 4 years’ experience in Product Marketing
- Has worked in SaaS and understands GTM execution end-to-end
- Is confident with launches, messaging, positioning and sales enablement
- Wants ownership, responsibility and impact without owning the entire function
It is not a junior role.
It is not a head-of or strategic-only role.
