The role will include preparing new digital marketing and public relations content. You will assist in preparing the practice’s social media programme; design and create digital content, including graphics, videos, photography and social media posts as well as entering awards and preparing an annual list of awards to target.
TEMP ROLE FOR TWO WEEKS - could be extended.
Office based 5 days a week in the City.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo include, but not be restricted to, the following:
- Working with the Head of Communications to assist with the social media strategy and relevant campaigns to highlight project launches and PR initiatives.
- Assist the Head of Communications on an awards strategy for projects.
- Liaising with clients to sign off content for social media and award entries.
- Coordinate the social media strategy and curating the output across various channels, to include overseas offices.
- Coordinate the content calendars/scheduling to ensure timely creation and distribution across all the company social media platforms.
- Liaise with graphics to create templates and assets for platforms for social media campaigns.
- Coordinate and grow our social media channels by creating engaging content, actively interacting with the community, and responding to comments and messages in line with the brand's tone of voice.
- Coordinating awards submissions for the practice and submitting the various applications.
- Helping to organise events for the promotion of the practice with a particular regard to new work.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks
- A strong understanding of social media and public relations.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and collaboration.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills.
- Experience in producing high quality copywriting.
- Sensitively handle embargoed and privileged information.
- An ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with, stakeholders and clients.
- Develop and maintain excellent relations and dialogue with senior managers, architects and the other departments in the practice.
- Prioritising your time and effectively managing a busy and varied workload
