** Job Summary
** The Global Growth Director provides strategic recommendations and manages all agency resources to ensure the pitch needs are met. They lead and monitor day-to-day activities as well as manage, motivate, and support the new business team and pitch teams. They work with other departments to develop and execute prospecting and new business strategies and begin to foster relationships with consultants and clients.  

They should be comfortable in running a pitch process from beginning to end.
