On average, it takes ~4-6 weeks to land a role & you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work.

The exact role depends on the startup but in a marketing lead or marketing manager role, you can expect to be an early marketing hire in the team.

You’ll work closely with founders, have real budget ownership, and move fast. Expect to get stuck into everything from paid campaigns to product launches to SEO to email flows. Strategy and execution, hand-in-hand.

It’s a great opportunity to grow fast & play a pivotal role in a startup’s growth.

Salary range
: £35–60k + equity (DOE).
