Schedule: Full-time (Mon - Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm)

As an Influencer and Events Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of brand activations, influencer events, and PR initiatives. You'll assist with event logistics, influencer outreach, and day‑to‑day coordination to ensure every campaign runs seamlessly and reflects the brand’s vision. Working closely with the Experiential Marketing and Influencer teams, you'll help bring creative ideas to life, manage communications, and deliver memorable brand experiences from start to finish.

• Assist with the planning and coordination of brand activations, pop‑ups, influencer events, and masterclasses.
• Help with venue research, supplier communication, prop sourcing, and event setup/breakdown.
• Support on‑site during events to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
• Coordinate logistics such as deliveries, packing lists, and post‑event wrap‑ups.

• Support the influencer team with outreach, gifting, and event invitations.
• Manage the organization and dispatch of PR boxes, packing, labelling, and arranging shipments.
• Track shipping and share tracking information with influencers or agencies.
• Maintain and update influencer databases and content tracking sheets.
• Assist with influencer communication, follow‑ups, and gathering UGC for reporting.

• Manage stock inventory for event props, PR gifts, and packaging materials.
• Support budgeting and expense tracking for events and influencer campaigns.
• Contribute to post‑campaign reports by compiling influencer posts, engagement metrics, and event feedback.
• Provide general administrative support to the Experiential Marketing & Influencer teams.

• Experience in or exposure to events and PR
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Strong event coordination and logistics skills
• Interest in influencer marketing and PR
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask
• Comfortable with admin tasks
