The RoleWe’re on the hunt for a passionate, earned‑focussed Strategist to join our rapidly growing creative team and play a pivotal role in bolstering our award winning work. The role is instrumental in shaping the strategic backbone behind our campaigns, ensuring our work is rooted in audience, brand and cultural insights, freshly creative, data driven and relevant.
You are an insight‑led thinker with no less than 5/6 years experience who transforms research and data into inspiring ideas and sharp strategic narratives. Working closely with our PR, Social and Creative teams, you’ll shape briefs and craft communication strategies that will help brands tell their stories in the most powerful way.
Responsibilities- Develop clear, compelling strategies for consumer brands across PR, earned media, social and integrated campaigns
- Lead audience, cultural and competitor insight to inform creative ideas and comms approaches
- Translate data, research and trends into creative and strategic narratives that clients will buy into
- Write strategic presentations and pitch decks including positioning, strategic platforms, messaging frameworks, campaign strategies
- Confidently present and pitch strategy in internal, new business and client meetings
- Collaborate with the creative, PR and social team to bring strategies to life
- Support new business pitches with data, insight, trends, sharp thinking and inspiring ideas
- Identify opportunities for new projects and added revenue from existing clients
- Strong consumer brand experience within a PR or integrated agency
- Proven track of on brand challenges across multiple household-name clients
- Proven track record of working on winning pitch teams and as part of multi‑agency groups
- Deep curiosity for consumer behaviour, culture and trends
- Skilled in using data, research and insights to shape ideas, challenge assumptions and unlock creative opportunities
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in identifying and converting new business opportunities
