The team combines deep editorial expertise with smart, strategic storytelling to drive meaningful visibility and growth for its clients.
The role
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll work across a portfolio of high-profile B2B clients, including exciting agencies in the creative and advertising space. You’ll take ownership of campaigns from brief to delivery while acting as a trusted day-to-day client lead.
Key responsibilities include:

- Pitching proactive and reactive stories to national, trade and sector press
- Writing and editing press releases, thought leadership, comment, blogs and opinion pieces
- Planning and delivering social media activity to support PR campaigns
- Securing profile-building opportunities for senior client spokespeople
- Managing and nurturing junior team members
About you
This role would suit an experienced Account Manager ready for a step up, or an established SAM looking for a strong B2B-focused environment.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven experience in B2B PR, ideally across advertising, media, creative, design, professional services or tech
- Strong media relations skills and the ability to pitch stories effectively
- Excellent writing skills across press releases, commentary and thought leadership
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative approach, with strong relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in the advertising, marketing, creative and technology sectors
This is not a consumer PR role and would suit someone with an earned-first, reputation-led mindset.
The culture & benefits
The agency offers a supportive, high-performing and people-first environment, with a strong focus on development and wellbeing.
Benefits include:
- 4.5-day working week (Friday afternoons off when work is complete)
- Hybrid working (2–3 days per week in the office in Central London)
- Competitive salary benchmarked to PR industry standards
- 25 days holiday + birthday off + Christmas closure
- Monthly coaching-led development and personalised career plans
- Annual training budget and PRCA courses
- £500 annual learning allowance for a passion project
- Discretionary annual bonus
- Regular team lunches, socials and standout team events
