We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in creating and executing effective trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales within the UK market.

What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Development- Utilise data driven insight to develop and execute On Trade marketing plans, delivering against strategic customer and brand objectives to drive brand growth across key metrics (ROS, distribution, volume, brand power, value)
- Conduct ongoing market, competitor and consumer analysis, to inform decisions and ensure that we are a market leader in innovative activation and On-Trade execution
- Work closely with the Sales, Experience and Category teams to identify and capitalise on key growth opportunities within the On-Trade channel
- Develop compelling brand selling stories and propositions for key customers
- Be an expert in the field, identifying trends and behaviours that inform our broader marketing strategy and decision making - monitoring competitor (and cross-category) activities to capitalise on opportunities
- Developing impactful and engaging in-outlet activations, sampling initiatives, advocacy programs and premium visibility materials that drive brand awareness and ROS
- Ensuring that our customers’ needs and objectives are taken into consideration when developing support plans to secure greatest chance of successful implementation and engagement
- Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of trade initiatives in line with our customer expectations
- Being the brand guardian in the On Trade, ensuring that the Sales teams are representing the brand in the right way aligned with our brand positioning and PICOS framework
- Working with and supporting the Experience team across relevant trade lead events (trade shows, advocacy events, gig series’ etc) that showcase our initiatives and strengthen our brand presence and positioning
- Develop and maintain compelling selling tools and materials that support our Sales teams with their customer engagement and delivery of sales objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant UK regulations and industry best practices
- Ownership of key customer relationships alongside relevant account managers, to ensure that joint business plans are reflective of specific requirements by customer
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including customers, venue managers, staff, agencies and suppliers
- Manage relationships with external agencies (e.g. design, print, digital etc) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials and programs
- Managing budget allocation for projects, ensuring cost-effective strategies and implementation without compromising on quality
- Delivering projects on time, with customer expectations met and within budget
- Working with Category and Revenue Management teams to analyse sales data and market insights to measure campaign efficacy and ROI, with data-driven recommendations for improvement
