Aboutthe role
As our Senior Influencer Manager, you will lead the growth of our influencer marketing program, enhancing cultural relevance, awareness, and performance across key channels. This role is perfect for an experienced influencer marketer who excels at building relationships, creating impact at scale, and combining creativity with commercial responsibility. Keyresponsibilities
- Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing and negotiating to execution, approvals, and performance tracking.
Drive the implementation of an affiliate influencer programme in collaboration with the Growth team, with a focus on conversion tracking. - Build and nurture a creator network across Instagram and Tik Tok, spanning micro-influencers to celebrity talent.
- Own the influencer budget and P&L, managing spend, optimising ROI, and delivering on KPIs.
- Collaborate with Brand, Paid Social, and PR to amplify influencer content across multiple channels.
- Maximise awareness of celebrity partnerships, aligning campaigns with key brand moments.
- Guide creators to produce authentic, on-board, and compliant content that resonates with parents.
- Define, measure, and report on performance metrics, ensuring campaigns support broader business goals.
- 4+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, ideally within FMCG, parenting, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of delivering influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong network across Instagram and Tik Tok, with experience managing celebrity talent as well as micro-creators.
- Commercially minded, confident managing budgets, negotiations, and performance reporting.
- Excellent relationship-builder with strong communication and project management skills.
- A passion for family, parenting, and wellness content is a plus.
- Experience in infant nutrition, baby food, or healthcare products.
