About Samsung TV Plus Samsung TV Plus is a premium global entertainment service and is the most used streaming app on Samsung Smart TVs. A leader in FAST, Samsung TV Plus offers hundreds of channels and thousands of shows and movies on-demand in the U.S. Globally, the streaming service carries over 3,500 ad-supported linear channels in 30 countries and is accessible on over 630M active devices.
Samsung TV Plus is the exclusive home of Conan O’Brien TV, Letterman TV, and hundreds of additional exclusive channels available worldwide. Samsung TV Plus is available on Samsung TVs, Galaxy devices, Samsung Smart Monitors, and Family Hub.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to grow awareness and usage of Samsung TV Plus in Germany and several other European markets. This role blends creativity, strategic planning with hands‑on execution to strengthen brand perception, increase visibility, and excite customers about Samsung TV Plus. You will act as the brand lead for your territories to plan campaigns and creative solutions to bring our service and content offering top of mind for users.
- Lead the marketing strategy and go‑to‑market plans for Samsung TV Plus in Germany and several European markets. Develop creative and impactful 360‑campaigns across social, CRM, retail, etc. that excite users about our service and grow brand awareness
- Own the relationship with local Samsung TV & mobile marketing teams to plan new campaigns for Samsung TV Plus and integrate into upcoming hardware launches. Act as the main point‑of‑contact for all marketing updates, materials and approvals
- Manage all brand communications and define the customer engagement lifecycle for your assigned markets, focused on driving new users and managing churn
- Grow our CRM program across email and push notifications. Manage the Samsung TV Plus website and work with our agency to improve the user experience
- Build clear and complete briefs for our agencies – ensuring flawless execution, quick‑turnarounds on projects, and act as the main point‑of‑contact with creative and media agencies
- Be the expert in assigned markets. Stay on the pulse of key market trends and analyse usage performance to understand user behaviour. Develop recommendations to grow the service and ensure Samsung TV Plus is positioned competitively
- Continue to push the boundaries in how we communicate to users and our messaging in each market. Explore new and innovative ways of marketing to users
- Collaborate with various cross‑functional teams (UK Brand & Growth Marketing Manager, PR, Partner Marketing, Editorial, Business Development, Ads) to align on priorities and drive an integrated approach for campaigns on and off platform
- Deep knowledge in building an entertainment brand and developing 360‑campaigns from strategy development, building briefs, tactical execution, evaluation and reporting
- Cross‑functional leader who is able to manage and build collaborative relationships with different marketing, business and tech teams and ensuring all projects are integrated and aligned
- Growth mindset, willing to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities and ambiguity
- Experience with creative development, campaign ideation and planning go‑to‑market execution. Intermediate experience with Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, etc. High attention to detail and project management experience.
- Good understanding of analysis approaches for marketing, social & CRM, and how to apply data to test and optimise campaigns. Able to analyse and suggest changes to strategy based on your knowledge and performance for your region
- Experience in evaluating and executing innovative campaign ideas within the media industry (inclusive of but not limited to OOH, social and PR)
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
